Delivery Policy & Shipping Options

LENTION want help you to perform more efficiently once receiving LENTION products. Therefore, before shipping out we'll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included. Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. Check LENTION packing video here.

Delivery Policy

COVID-19 Notice:  Please note that during this special period, our shipping times may be longer than indicated as the changing COVID-19 restrictions has affect our delivery services. Please know that our fulfillment teams will continue to send product daily as we have taken extra precautions to ensure their safety. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

 Delivery Range--Lention could ship anywhere is in postal service in the world except Albania, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo - Kinshasa, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Montenegro, Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box shipping address, we may not be able to ship your parcel in Express shipping. Also, we can not ship your products to a military address.

 D.D.U.--All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid), lention.com cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.

 Cancellation--Once our order has been placed, you may cancel within 24 hours before work as begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation once work has begun on your order. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

 Processing Time--Lention have warehouses in US, European and East Asian. Normally, In Stock items which will be ready within 1-3 business days before shipment. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we may picking items up at other city, which may need few more days. Once your order has been placed, a notification e-mal will be sent to inform you the estimated delivery time of your order. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order, please contact us within 48 hours. 

 Shipping Time-- We‘ll ship the item in 3 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. The international delivery usually may take 5 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online. 

Shipping Options

Lention supply you a range of shipping methods to choose from, they are DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, EMS, Standard Mail Post, and Surface. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following information will show you some useful information to select the shipping method.

        1. DHL Express 
          DHL Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. For Middle East area, Africa, Southeast Asia and some small countries, DHL is the best shipping method for you to choose, whose shipping time and shipping cost are the most competitive(DHL does not accept Military address). DHL will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

        2. UPS 
          UPS Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. As UPS was founded in United States, if you want to ship your order to America, Canada, South America and United Kingdom, then UPS is fastest and cheapest express method for you to choose from(UPS does not accept Military address). UPS will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

        3. FedEx 
          FedEx Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. If you want to ship your order to Southeast Asia which the order weight is over 21kgs, then FedEx is the fastest and cheapest express shipping method (FedEx does not accept Military address). FedEx will update the shipping information onto website in 24 hours.

        4. EMS 
          EMS Delivery times are between 7-15 post days to all over the world. And the shipping cost will be more competitive to the above 3 express shipping methods (EMS accept Military address). EMS will take 1-2 business days to update the information onto website. You can track EMS packages on your local post office websates.
        5. Standard Mail Post 

          Mail Post Delivery times are between 15-30 post days to all over the world. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen.

          ATTENTION: Military and p.o.box addresses can not be accepted by mail post.  

        6. Free Shipping

          According your selected products for ordering are all free shipping targeted. We will select one shipping methods for you by lention.com.

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping time.

  1. Processing time is calculated from the time your order is verified.
  2. Processing time might be put off due to the delay of order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.
  3. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Delivery time will be affected during the holidays and the delay is often about 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 80 other countries and regions. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Express and Overnight Delivery Shipping - Orders placed after 8 PM PST will not ship until the next business day. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited

Notes:

1.* Countries which require customs duty. The customs policies differ among different countries.Once the parcel reaches the destination country, any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the recipient.
2. Within 1-2 business days after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
3. The P.O.Boxes and military address(APO, FPO) in the US can not be delivered. For the US territories,please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
4.Customers from Russia please leave a message to illustrate the name and the specific address of your company because the private address in Russia can not be delivered.

5.Due to limitation of some countries, we are not able ship your products in Express Shipping . We will contact you through email and you could either change the delivery method or canceled the order.

6.If your address have problems, we may not able to deliver your order in time. We will contact you through email and you could either change your address or canceled the order.

7.Customers from Taiwan need to provide us some essential information before we ship your parcel including Chinese name, Chinese address and personal ID number. Meanwhile, you need to complete a Real Name Authentication in advance on an APP name EZWAY易利委(If you already complete the register, you may skip this step).
