Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?
If there is a tracking number, the package has been shipped out.
The package was sent first from our warehouse. The package will then be flown to the Transportation Company's Processing Center. Then, each transportation company will pick up the package from the airport. Once they scan the packages, the site updates the tracking numbers.
It may take 3-5 days after delivery from our terminal to see any activity. When you arrive at the next station, please give the courier some time to update the tracking information.
