The product is faulty a few months later and I can no longer transfer files quickly. In fact, the transfer rate is almost zero. 5GBps in USB 3.0 and only get 5MBps on my new MacBook Air.

My MackBook doesn't have a USB port, but I needed 3 until I found it and it solved my problem perfectly. Appears to be a quality device. But it is a USB-C hub, not a standard USB hub, it can't be used on my old macbook.
