The product is faulty a few months later and I can no longer transfer files quickly. In fact, the transfer rate is almost zero. 5GBps in USB 3.0 and only get 5MBps on my new MacBook Air.

My MackBook doesn't have a USB port, but I needed 3 until I found it and it solved my problem perfectly. Also, I need to present my work often, so it helped me to expand a HDMI port for video transmission, I'm very happy with it, it fits my needs very well, also, the space gray color fits the workplace very well, I think I'll buy a pink one for home office use.

Appears to be a quality device. But it is a USB-C hub, not a standard USB hub, it can't be used on my old macbook.

I actually bought this hub initially to be used to add USB ports to my laptop because I needed to fit my mouse and flash drive.
But by chance the HDMI port helped me in meetings and I use it to connect to a monitor to show off the documents I create.
